Join us for a presentation on Real World Threat Identification by Michael Villarreal, PMP, CISA, CISSP.

Abstract

This presentation will review the cyber threat levels in the 1970's compared to the threat levels of now.   The speaker will show real-world scenarios that can open the physical or digital door to allow a breach using actual "findings" during recent assessments. 

Speaker's Biography.

Mr. Michael Villarreal is a seasoned veteran (a.k.a. old dude) with over 30+ years of experience in computer technology and security fields and has been assessing small businesses for over 10 years.  He is the Vice President of UniSec and is the former President of the (ISC)² Alamo Chapter (2016-2018).  He is a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).  He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Project Management Professional (PMP).  He started his career as a U.S. Air Force computer programmer using punch cards.
