Topic & Speaker
Join us for a presentation on Confessions of a Really Bad SysAdmin by Andy Thompson, Manager, Customer Success, CyberArk Software
It's a common belief that SysAdmins make great Infosec professionals. Many believe this is due to their wide knowledge of software and technologies. In reality, it's because THEY KNOW WHERE THE DEAD BODIES ARE! That's right. Learn from the mistakes of real sysadmins. Witness and learn the mistakes of current and former Systems Admins so this doesn't happen to you!
Andy Thompson is a national manager on the Customer Success team at CyberArk Software. He is also part of the CyberArk PAS program Office where he currently helps large enterprise organizations build ongoing security programs around their privileged accounts. Andy has worked in many different fields of Information Technology and Security over the last 23 years giving him a unique perspective on security. Andy is also an active member of the hacking community of Dallas, TX.
